High Voltage Test Fixture (HVTF)

 
High Voltage Test Fixture (HVTF) –A unique Teflon sample holder for bulk ceramic Devices. This sample holder is rated up to 180°C continuous and as high as 250°C for short periods. The sample chamber will hold silicon oil while applying heat to the fixture link to specs attached.
 
 

High Temperature Test Fixture (HTTF)

 
High Temperature Test Fixture (HTTF) – Allows the testing of bulk ceramic capacitors at temperatures up to 650°C and 10,000 Volts in a muffle furnace or tube furnace link to HTTF attached.
 
 

High Voltage Displacement Meter Test Fixture for the MTI2100

 
The HVDM allows the MTI2000 Displacement Meter to monitor the piezoelectric displacement of the sample in the HVTF during high voltage testing. The HVDM simplifies the fixturing requirements for the MTI2000 displacement sensor. As well, it decreases the effects of external vibration noise on the measurements and improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the displacement measurement.
 
 

Simple Test Station

 

Radiant's simple test station is an economical answer to purchasing a costly probe station. 4" or smaller wafers can be measured with this station. This unit comes with a metal base plate, a copper disk, two micromanipulators, and BNC cables to hook-up to any one of Radiant's test systems. This unit is to be at room temperature only.
