Charge, Fatigue, Imprint, I/V, Remanent Hysteresis, Resist & Retain	4/24/08	Important	Corrected an error that did not allow these Tasks to perform a measurement on the Internal Reference Ferroelectric test element in the Precision Premier II. Users should also run the GPIB update for the Imprint Task.
GPIB Set Temp & Imprint	4/24/08	Important	Added control of the MMR K-20 thermal controller. Other under-the-hood changes. Users that run this update must also run the GPIB update. Users that own the Chamber Task suite should also update the Chamber Tasks.
Waveform	4/09/08	Important	Because the Waveform clock is digitized, a continuous set of frequencies is not available. The Waveform Task will adjust the frequency to the nearest value that can be achieved in an integer number of clock cycles. The discrepancy may be 20% or more at higher frequencies. A control has been added to the progress dialog labeled Actual Frequency. The control and its label will appear in red when the actual frequency differs from the requested frequency by 1 Hz or more.
Measurement	4/09/08	Critical for High-Voltage Premier II Testers	Corrects an error for High-Voltage Precision Premier II tester measurement operating in the lowest HVI amplification level. This update is critical for Premier II tester owners making High-Voltage measurements. It is minor for all other users. Customers who own Chamber and or Piezo should also update those custom Tasks.
